The following Collective Bargaining Agreement is a Contract between The New York Professional Nurses Union (NYPNU) and Lenox Hill Hospital (LHH). The contract  is valid from November 1, 2009 to October 31, 2012. If you have a work related question, the answer will most likely be found in the contract. Non-members/members are welcome to read the contract for information on nurse/patient ratios, breaks, vacation and sick time, retirement, and leaves.
