In our contract negotiations last fall, we successfully negotiated a salary increase every year for every step. Members, on average, will see a 4% increase. 

The salary increase went into effect on February 12th. You will see the new salary partially reflected in your February 17th paystub and the new salary rate will fully reflect on the March 3rd paystub.
