I was out due to COVID-19. The hospital used my sick time (or other accrued time). I thought the hospital was supposed to pay me while I was out. What should I do? 

HR is aware that several nurses have had this experience and they are working with EHS to resolve the systemic problem.

In the meantime, the NYPNU office is tracking this issue to make sure that everyone who should have been put on a paid leave gets their accrued time returned to their bank.
