EHS Unresponsive

I have been calling LHH EHS to be put on paid leave but I haven't been able to speak with anyone and I am scheduled to work. What should I do?

You may need to call EHS several times to speak with someone. If you aren't able to speak with someone before your scheduled shift, you should call in sick and use your sick time. Follow the regular process for calling in sick, and make sure to give at least three hours notice (although more notice is always helpful). You should call in sick every day until you are able to speak with EHS. Every time you call in, make sure to say that you are using this time because you are COVID-suspected or confirmed.

Any sick time that you have used because EHS was unresponsive will be returned to your sick bank.
