Is the hospital testing employees for COVID-19?

The hospital is currently testing only employees who are symptomatic. RNs should call EHS at 516-734-7166 for a confidential phone consultation. If EHS determines that the RN meets criteria for employee testing, you will be able to set up an appointment. 

The testing center is located at 186 E 76th St and is open seven days/week from 8am-4pm. Testing turnaround is 24 hours. Note that your insurance information will be collected at the time of your visit; however, no co-payment is required. 

NYPNU is pushing for the hospital to expand employee testing so anyone who wants to be tested can get tested.
