I've been "redeployed" to another unit/assignment. Am I entitled to float pay?

If your home unit is still open, but operating with a skeleton staff, you are entitled to $50 float pay for every shift you float, per Article XIV Section 8(a) (pg 54) of the NYPNU contract. 

If your home unit has closed, you are not entitled to float pay, per Article XIV Section 8(g) (pg 56) of the NYPNU contract.
