Kate Maguire

I’m an NNP in the NCCU and have worked at LHH for over 30 years. I became a union delegate and Executive Board member because it enables me to have a voice in our workplace, to be part of the decision-making process, and to help support the needs of the nurses. I feel the more actively involved our members are, the more powerful our union will be.
