I received this memo in my Northwell email. What does it mean for me? 

This memo does not affect NYPNU members. 

Many Northwell employees have a cap of 315 hours of accrued time they can have in their banks. This memo applies only to those employees and simply removes the cap. Our NYPNU contract language is much stronger than Northwell's policy so we are not affected by Northwell's policy change. 

This memo does not mean that anyone is getting an additional 315 hours.
