I was instructed by EHS to stay home from work because I'm COVID-suspected. Will I be paid for the shifts I miss?
If you are instructed by EHS to stay home, you must get tested for COVID-19 in order to be paid. You will be paid for any shifts you miss at least until you get your results.
If your result is negative:
You will be paid for any missed shifts from the date EHS instructed you to stay home through the date you received your negative test result. Any missed shifts after this will be paid using your own sick time.
If your result is positive:
You will be paid for any missed shifts from the date EHS instructed you to stay home until EHS clears you to return to work (7-14 days).
