I am ready to retire. Do I need to work the final four weeks? 

HR has indicated that they will consider requests for exemption to the four-week requirement on a case-by-case basis. If you would like to request an exemption, email LHH HR at [email protected]. You must submit your retirement notice before HR can discuss an exemption with you.

If you call in sick during these four weeks, you may not get paid out for your entire vacation time.
