On behalf of NYPNU's officers, Executive Board, Delegates, and staff, it is with great pleasure I announce the recent installation of our newest Executive Board Member, Stefanie Duran.

The delegate body voted in Stefanie after a vacancy on the Board was created when Jennifer Charles (PACU) became Treasurer. Stefanie has been working in the ED at Lenox Hill Hospital for 15 of her 21 years as a nurse.  

Stefanie started representing the membership as a delegate in 2020, served on the 2021 CBA bargaining team, and now leads the LHH ED Task Force that we bargained for last fall. 

We are so thrilled to have such a passionate and effective advocate in the ED and on our Executive Board. This is yet another wonderful, exciting addition to NYPNU's leadership team.
